My internship with the Office of the CMO focused on strategic planning, operational process evaluation, and project prioritization.
Overview
The Office of the CMO required a structured, transparent method to inventory, review, and prioritize both existing and new projects.
Approach
Conducted research on the Single Point of Entry process and collaborated with key stakeholders to develop a priority matrix and decision tree framework. Built an Excel-based logic structure allowing users to answer guided questions that automatically populate project levels and support standardized tagging and grouping.
Outputs
Delivered a formal internship presentation summarizing project goals, collaborators, decision-tree development, and strategic recommendations. Contributed tools for structured project prioritization and roadmap planning.
